Please read this responsibility notice carefully before engaging with our services. Participation in our ceremonies and experiences is voluntary, and individuals must assess their own physical and mental well-being before joining.

By booking, you acknowledge that our facilitators are guides, and true healing comes from within. We encourage you to approach the experience with respect, openness, and readiness for inner work.

By booking a ceremony or session, you agree to our booking terms. Full payment or a required deposit must be made to secure your reservation in advance.

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time to settle your energy.
• Late arrivals may not be accommodated to ensure the sacred space of the ceremony is maintained for all.
• All participants must complete a health intake form prior to arrival.

We understand that life flows unpredictably and plans can change. However, cancellations must be made within the specified time frame before your scheduled experience to avoid penalties.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a partial or full charge depending on the specific ceremony booked. We deeply appreciate your understanding and respect for our practitioners' time.

Refunds are processed lovingly in accordance with our cancellation policy. If eligible, refunds will be issued directly to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note that certain deposits for intensive retreats, special guest ceremonies, or private bookings may be entirely non-refundable. Detailed terms will be provided at the time of such unique bookings.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or gracefully change these terms and policies at any time without prior individual notice.

Any changes will be reflected immediately on this page. Your continued presence and use of our services following any updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
